A 42-year-old female presents with a suspicious-looking breast mass on clinical and radiology imaging findings. Excised specimen was received.
Gross Pathology: Granular cell tumor of the breast Histopathology: – Solid alveolar arrangement of the large cells with abundant granular eosinophilic cytoplasm and round bland nuclei.
