Clinical Details: Solitary lung mass on radiology in a chronic smoker patient; no evidence of any other mass elsewhere in the body. Histopathology: Few small irregular and angulated glands seen in an invasive pattern with desmoplastic/ myofibroblastic stroma. Occasional glands melt within fibrous stroma.
